He is survived by: his children, Diana Hetrick (Jim), Heidi Hill (Danny), Carl Bergh, Gretchen Lakenen (Mike) and Bethney Bergh (David Crum); and his grandchildren, Greg Hetrick (Kelly), Shane Ruokola (Pete), Brandon Burbach, Hunter William Hetrick (Jessica), Greta Hill (Bart Hoese), Andrew Hill (Ashley Dix), Carl John Bergh (Anna), Britney Bridget, Piper Lakenen and Luca Crum. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
