She is survived by: her sister-in-law Marie Sarkela of Marquette; and her nieces and nephews, Sandra Sarkela (Patrick Mazzeo) of Pompano Beach, FL, Margaret Sarkela (John Curtis) of New York, NY, Allan Koski (Marguerite) of Negaunee, John Koski (Mary) of Sturgeon Bay, WI and John Sarkela of Marquette.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Bethel Baptist Church, Christian Radio Station WHWL, or a charity of donor's choice.
