He was predeceased by: his parents, Zelma Pelfrey and Paul Pelfrey. He is survived by: his wife Tami Pelfrey (Rowlader); his children, Mark Pelfrey (Jess), Dan Basore (Andy), Abbi Leland and Becca Pelfrey; his stepchildren, Chelsea Campbell (Tom), Courtney Waters (Steve) and Nathan Peabody (Calli); and his sibling Genon Birch (Tim). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
