He is survived by: his wife Sandra A. Kozachik; and his children, Harold Bouchard, Yvonne Clark (Brent), Robert Kozachik (Leslie), Lynda Pike (Daniel), Brenda Savage (Allen), Cecelia Bouchard, Wanda Davids, James Kozachik (Tina) and Sierra Kozachik. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
