He is survived by: his children, Shari Lynn Trefil (Robert), Joe Buck Proctor (Ashley), Trisa Ward (Mike), Nate Ward (Taylor) and Katie Burhans (Dustin). He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
