He was predeceased by: his parents, Ettie Myers (Sullivan) and Richard A. Myers; and his siblings, Diane Fisher and Dennis Myers. He is survived by: his significant other Ida Balko; his children, Tina, Tammi and Anthony Myers; his stepchildren, Brad Balko (Kristen), Carrie Janzen (Andrew) and Stacey Balko; his grandchildren, Brendan Hawkins, Baily, Gracie, Tyler Myers and Guinevere Janzen; his sister April Babbitt (Melvin); and his nieces and nephews, Lucas, Lori Babbitt, Jodi Barns and Greg Fisher.
