She was predeceased by: her father Gary Hazen; and her grandmother Dorothy Evanski. She is survived by: her mother Rebecca Evanski (Robert Betts); her sons, Gabriel Ulrich (Sophia), Tate Ulrich (Maggie Eastman) and Corbin Ulrich (Hannah Slaughter); her sister Anne Hazen; her niece Alexis Hazen; her nephew Kevin Phillis Jr.; and her grandson Henry Robert Ulrich.
