It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marvin Laurie of Nashville, Michigan, born in Hudson, Michigan, who passed away on June 3, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham Laurie and Thelma Laurie (Sines); his wives, Judith Laurie (Day) and Judy; his brothers, Gary and Richard Laurie; and his brothers-in-law, Russ Mix and Roy Degner.

He is survived by: his children, Debra Erb (Colin) and Timothy Laurie (Felicity); his grandchildren, Lyndsey Lenhart (Kevin), Heather Guernsey (Tyler), Craig Laurie (Martin Quarg) and Eric Laurie (Ida); his great grandchildren, Kaden, Karter, Khloe, Kaylie Lenhart, Logan, Addison Guernsey, Annabel and Luka Laurie; and his sisters, Barbara Mix, Patricia Degner, Sandra McDonald (Duane) and Suzanne Hunt (Bruce).

Memorial contributions can be made to the Nashville United Methodist Church.
