He is survived by: his sons, Jesse James-Ray Patrick (Heather) of Nashville and Sean Matthew Patrick (Dusty) of Lansing; his grandsons, Drako Patrick and Draven Patrick; and his siblings, Curtis Lloyd Patrick (Missy) and Earlean Jo King.
