She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hoeflinger and Flossie Hoeflinger (Vocker); her husband William Nichols; her son David Nichols; her son-in-law Ballard Wright; and her siblings, Catherine Hoeflinger, Ruth Mahar, Marilyn Francis and George Hoeflinger.

She is survived by: her children, Yvonne Wright, William Nichols (Cathy), Sheila Braden (Russie Gilley) and Ross Nichols (Tammy); her daughter-in-law Peggy Nichols; and her siblings, Barbara Bleisch, William Hoeflinger (Naomi) and Richard Hoeflinger (Ellie). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
