She is survived by: her parents, Kati Gubert and Leland Gubert; her siblings, Lillyana, Jamie and Sophia; her uncles, Timothy Seleska (Angie), Zachary Thompson (Jazzie), Mike Llewop, Vinny Lago (Chelsie), Corey Lago, Eric Willey, Kevin Wale, Jr. and Adam Gunter; her aunt Karen Motley; her cousins, Aurora Thurlow, Isabella, Penelope Seleska, Natalie, Hunter, Brielle Oosterkamp, Conner Lago, Kianna Willey, Hannah, Kaylee Motley, Aiden Mongar, Tristen and Trenton Wale; her great-grandparents, Pamela Wadley, Rox Powell, Sharon Wale and Patricia McCombs; and her grandmothers, Becky Seleska and Vickie Lago. She is also survived by many other aunts uncles cousins.
Miss Maddison, as small as she was, made a huge life changing donation of her heart valve to another baby who was in need.
