It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeanne Belinda (Lange) Cook of Mount Pleasant, Michigan, born in Wyandotte, Michigan, who passed away on July 8, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jonas Cook; and her parents, Walter Lange and Thelma Lange (Cowles). She is survived by: her children, Jessica Hughes (Charles) of Sacramento and Justin Cook of Mt. Pleasant; her grandson Henry Hughes; her siblings, Claudia Carrier (James), Leslie Lange, Roberta Marek (John), Georgianna Hughes (John), Walter Lange (Tomoko), John Lange (Vivian) and Steve Lange (Sheryl); and her sisters-in-law, Carol Reid and Elizabeth Kellogg. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins; and countless dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Isabella Community Soup Kitchen and envelopes for the soup kitchen will be available at the funeral home.
