She was predeceased by: her parents, James Mead and Myra Mead; and her siblings, Stella Murphy (Bill), Ethel Power (Stuart), Joe Tarr (Margarite), Lyman Mead (Mary), Donald Mead, Ruth Reid (Chet), Francis Mead (Lylah) and Alice Mead.

She is survived by: her close friend Gene Spiewak.
