It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy J. Theunissen of Mount Pleasant, Michigan, who passed away on August 3, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Eddy and Glapha Eddy; her siblings, Donald, William, Charles Eddy, Helen Bennett, Delores Eddy and Mary Gover; and her granddaughter Jessica Karolak.
She is survived by: her husband William V. Theunissen; her children, Mike Theunissen (Joanne), Chris Theunissen (Barb), Lorraine Karolak (Dale) and Richard Theunissen (Maxine); her grandchildren, Craig Theunissen (Jocelyn), Steve Theunissen (Nicole), Victoria Siciliano (Anthony), Daniel Theunissen, Tiffany Schultz (John), Stefany Schiller (Kyle), Nathan Theunissen (Cassie), Christine Lashley (Skyler), Ryan Karolak, Justin Theunissen and Melissa Mashatt (Robert); her great grandchildren, Katelyn, Bryce, Avery Schultz, Liam and Zoey Theunissen; and her grandchildren, Callan, Emery Schiller, RJ Mashatt, Cayden and Addison Theunissen.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church, the Chippewa Baseball Athletic Fund, or Isabella Child Development Center.
