With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clarence Neal Smalley (Mount Pleasant, Michigan), who passed away on August 29, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Smalley and Bertha Smalley (Thorp); and his siblings, Donna Jaksa, John, Harold, Earl, Dale, Glenn "Milan" and Duane.
He is survived by: his wife Theo Mae Smalley (Vaughn); his children, Rick Smalley (Rhonda) of Shepherd, Jan Goosmann (Paul) of Wyoming, MI, Andrea Schmidt (Jim) of Nora, IL, Lynn Pohl (Gary) of Lake Isabella, Bruce Starr (Stacey) of Mt. Pleasant, Dave Starr of Mt. Pleasant and Terry Starr (Lynette) of Elk Rapids; and his sisters, AnnaBelle Recker (Ray) and Mary Alice Todd (Dale). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren.
