He is survived by: his wife Lou Templeton; his children, Angie Templeton (Kim), Andrea Cheadle (Dave), Christopher Templeton, Stacie Gergely (Nicholas) and Scott Hitchcock (Kristie); his grandchildren, Blake (Emma), Kelsey, Taylor, Alex, Brooke (Matthew), Tyler, Jack, Kaytlin, Laine and Sam; his sisters-in-law, Laurel Lewis, Lona Scribner, Lenora Kinney and Leshia Rose (Dennis); his niece Kaylene Gabriel (Roger); and his friend Nelson Klein.
