She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas; her children, Mary Jo, James and Thomas Jr.; her daughters-in-law, Eva and Juliana; and her brother Henry.
She is survived by: her children, Mark (Audrey), Paul (Shawna), Michael, Elaine Havern (Patrick) and Brian (Lori); her grandchildren, Christopher, Michelle (Clay), Kimberly (Jeffrey), Jeffrey (Catherine), Gregory (Cati), Thomas, Peter, Jacob, Patricia, Paul (Ricardo), Lauren (Zachary), Megan, Spencer, Jessica and Alex; and her siblings, Elaine Balinski, John and Leona. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
