She is survived by: her husband Marc Ouellette; her parents, Richard Hagen and Barbara Vander Hagen; her children, Danielle Lonczkowski, RJ Lonczkowski (Adam Ronning) and Tyler Lonczkowski; the father of her children Roger Lonczkowski; her grandchildren, Ricky, Aaliyah, Audrey and Elena; her siblings, Rick Vander Hagen (Renee) and Deanna Wehner (Tom); her nephews, Brad, Rick and Martin Vander Hagen; and her close friend Colleen Thompson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital will greatly be appreciated.
