He was predeceased by: his siblings, Barbara, Lawrence and Lee. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis K Miller; his children, Susan Rang (David), Timothy Fulkerth (Pauline) and Lynda Woltmann, Jr. (Ronald); his grandchildren, Steven Rang (Katie) of Ronald Woltmann, III, Zackery Woltmann and James Woltmann; his siblings, David Fulkerth (Roseann), James Fulkerth (Darlene), Shirley Kedrow and Joann Whisnant (Gene); and his pet Sheltie "Sadie". He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
