She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Starkey and Glades Ilene Taylor Starkey. She is survived by: her husband Terrence E. Monaghan; her son John Monaghan (Anna); her grandchildren, Jonah Mullet, Liam and Grahm Monaghan; and her siblings, Jerry Starkey (Patty) and Lorraine Dees (Jay). She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
