He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Sr. Duckwitz and Jeannette Duckwitz (Holland); and his brother Erik Duckwitz. He is survived by: his son Christian "CJ" Duckwitz; his siblings, Walter Jr. and Jana Papke (John Cox); his nieces, Rachel Papke, Sarah Stoian (Matthew) and Leah Millard (Adam); his great-nieces, Jordan and Alina; his great-nephew Chase; and also Sandra DeJesus.
Memorial donations may be sent to the Salvation Army Harbor Light Treatment Center.
