She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Jedenasty and Stella Jedenasty; her husband Robert P. Forton; and her granddaughter Jackie Basaj (Sultini). She is survived by: her children, Jerry Forton (Beth) and Joyce Harder (John); her grandson Rodney Sultini (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Rodney, Dominic Sultini, Brandon and Nathan Basaj. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
