He is survived by: his wife Darcie; his children, Mallory Carroll (Jamie) and Brian West (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Matthew Gregory, Micah Robert and Max Lewis; and his brother Douglas West (Irene Ziebart). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and his extended family of many friends.
