He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl and Bertha; and his sister Marilyn Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Schaff; his children, Patrick (Lori), David (Marie), Dale (April) and Monica Voorhess (Glenn); his grandchildren, Lance (Brittany), Ross, Chandler, Dalton, Allison, Erin (Kenny Transit), Jack and Nicholas; and his great grandchild Gavin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
