She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Williams and Evelyn Williams (Wooten); her husband James W. Mitchell; and her siblings, Margie Wallace and Gary Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Mitchell (Nancy), Alicia Marshall (Rushell) and Roxanne Mitchell (Wynn); her grandchildren, Ashliegh and Troy Mitchell; and her great grandchild Jada Monet Mitchell.
