We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2020, at the age of 76, Charley Harris of Mount Clemens, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his child Charlie O'Neil Harris Jr.; his parents, Harvey Harris and Lonnie Bell Johnson; and his siblings, Harvey Harris, Patricia Armstrong, Mattie Harris and Larry Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Ilda; his children, Bridgette Harris of Mt. Clemens, Patrice Gantt (Kevin) of Virginia, Tanisha Griffith (Bryan) of Texas, Joe Escobedo (Heidi) of Lake Orion and Naomi Hardison (Derrick) of Lake Orion; his grandchildren, Portia, Dontay, Maya, Brooke, Raeanne, Noah, Lindsey, Isiah, Alana, Jacob, Micah and Gabriella; his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Nadia, Cameron and Cyniah; his siblings, Paula Wiley (Michael), Rhonda Johnson, Sheila Johnson, Maria Johnson, Linda Armstrong, Teresa Triplett (Moran), Vernisa Ledbetter (Elton), Georgeanne Parks, Edward Harris, George Crowley (Jamie) and Hermon Johnson; his sister-in-law Irma Anzures; and his friends, Ken, Milton and Lupe. He is also survived by brothers and sisters in law; nieces; nephews; cousins and friends.
Masks are required with social distancing encouraged and the family would prefer no floral gifts please.
