He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Marks and Jewel Marks; and his siblings, Kimberly Joe Marks, Linda Marks Jennings and Byron Keith Marks.
He is survived by: his sisters, Deborah, Cheryl and Andrea Marks; and his nieces and nephews, Shannon Jackson (Stacy), Tamika, Jason Jennings, Stephen, Crystal, Tiffany, Latesha Marks and Jovan Mills (Bethany). He is also survived by his great nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
