He was predeceased by: his mother Julia Huerta; his great-grandparents, Ruth Espinoza, Ann and Albert Huerta; and his great-great-grandparents, Shirley Birch and Valentine Pomaville.
He is survived by: his father Arthur Payne (Julia Huerta); his grandparents, Angela Huerta (Derek Losano), David Huerta, Roderick Payne (Shawna Ainsworth) and Kristina Payne; his great-grandparents, Elizabeth Marcott, Arthur Payne (Helen) and Albert Espinoza; and his aunts and uncles, Ashley Payne, Bridget Payne, Cale Huerta, RJ Payne (Kaylee), Bradley Payne, Jesse Ainsworth and Nick Ainsworth.
