He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Gibbs Sr. and Maxine Gibbs. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Arlene Gibbs (Schiller); his children, Deborah Manthei (Tom), Gordon Gibbs, Rebecca Osborn (Gerry) and Greg Gibbs (Dee Oswald); and his stepsiblings, Louis Gibbs (Barb) and June Halgren. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren.
