He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hanner and Mabelle Hanner; his wife Mary; his son Joseph; his daughters-in-law, Cynthia Hanner and Nancy Hanner; and his granddaughter Janelle Hanner.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Pat Giordano of Milford, MI, John F. Hanner (Belinda Shavalier) of Muskegon and Paul Hanner of Lexington; his grandchildren, Jason K. Peasley (Janet), Christopher J. Hanner (Kirby), Megan Rosenbach (Ben), Lindsey Hanner and Gregory Hanner; his great grandchildren, Violet Evelyn Peasley, Elijah H. Rosenbach and Lily Evelyn Peasley; and his children-in-law, Amanda Hanner, Jay Peasley and Michael Giordano. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
