We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Jacob Jager (Montague, Michigan). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his father Todd; his grandmother Jackie; his mother Lorie; his brother Cal of Grand Haven; his grandparents, Clem McLouth of Hart, Linda McLouth of Hart and Terry Jager of Montague; and also Aunt Deb (Greg) of Stony Lake. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Donations to recognize Jake's life and legacy may be made to the Jake Jager Memorial Scholarship at GVSU; the Pediatric Oncology Resource Team (PORT) at Helen DeVos Children's Hospital to support those that provided him care over the past six years; or to spread happiness, to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of West Michigan who made a dream of his come true.
