She was predeceased by: her mother Ethel Wake (Shafer); and her cousin Eric Shafer. She is survived by: her daughters, Tara Moore (Tarance Simmons) of Monroe and Hailey Moore of Sylvania, Ohio; her granddaughter Taelinn Simmons; and her siblings, Debbie Wake, Geri Baker (Sherman), John Wake (Melody) and Fred Wake (Mary). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and several close friends.

Memorial donation in her honor may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
