He is survived by: his children, Deborah, Rich, Joann, Scott, Jill Lang (Dale) and Thomas J. Cook; his siblings, Joann F. Rorke, William Cook and Steven Cook; and his brother-in-law Lynn Emerick. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
