He was predeceased by: his parents, George Booth and Gladys Booth (Rich); his wife Patricia Booth; and his siblings, Thais Haviland, Donna Gilbert, Nelda Wells and George Booth.
He is survived by: his children, Tim Booth (Donna), Jim Booth (Bev), Cheri Ritter and Brad Booth (Maryann Stevens); his niece Darla Wooten; and his nephews, Chuck Wooten, Lonnie McComas and Dennis McComas. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
