She is survived by: her husband Carl McIntosh of Year's Eve; her children, Carl McIntosh Jr. of Ypsilanti, Chris McIntosh of Monroe, Bradley McIntosh of Ypsilanti and Amy McDonald of Ypsilanti; her grandchildren, Mercedes McIntosh, Korey, Kordney, Kasada, Kahlil and Keri McDonald; her great grandchildren, A. J., Zion and Naazier; her sister Alice Jan Chappell; her siblings-in-law, Evelean McAllister and Jesse McIntosh Jr. (Carol); her aunt Lucy Lang Chappell of Chicago; and her close friends, Suzanne Hoye, Marquita Cheatham, Diane Toles, Lynn Goodloe, Sarita Toles, Esther Wise and Willie Johnson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
