He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Thompson and Wanda Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Cindi Reichmann; his children, Christian Von Thompson of Milan and Annie Weldon (Timothy) of Grosse Pointe; his siblings, Jon Thompson (Sharon) of Willis, Larry Thompson (JoAnne) of Chesterfield, MO and Lou Ann Thompson of Milan; his cousin Kristin Smith (Jerry) of Chelsea; his sister-in-law Susie Ufer (Robert) of Bloomfield Hills; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Thompson of Milan, Caitlin Cunnane, Liam Cunnane, Caroline Weldon and Charlotte Weldon of Grosse Pointe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
