She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ondrovick and Anna Ondrovick (Kolouh); her stepfather Anthony Kolouh (Joe Novak); her daughters, Sharon Carey and Darlene Wenzel; her sisters, Ann Knisch, Franice Uhlik, Helen Wiertella and Bessie Matyas; and her half-sisters, Toni Korican and Mary Smetka.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Novak; and her nieces and nephews, Shirley Sanford, Helen Juckette (Rollo), Dawn Knisel, Beverley Wiertella, Cindy Stowell, Jim Dolezal (Cathy), Cathy Dolezal, Cheryl Wertenberger (Lonnie), Carol Ruehs (Chuck), Colleen Porter (Pat) and Joe Dolezal (Maggie).
