Frederick Jonathon Carlock Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Jonathon Carlock (Milan, Michigan), born in Greenville, Ohio, who passed away on May 19, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Paul Carlock. He is survived by: his sons, Travis James Carlock and Luke Jonathon Carlock; his significant other Andrea McLaughlin; and his siblings, RuthAnn Hussey (Jim), Sharon Lehman, Bob Carlock (Linda) and Philip Carlock (Karen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests tax deductible contributions can be made in Fred's name to the Santiam Hospital Attn: Rachel Seeder or the InSitu Foundation which provides the services of cancer sniffing dogs- something Fred was incredibly passionate about.
