He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Meissner and Lena Meissner (Beck); and his siblings, Eugene Meissner, Eileen Donaldson, Maxine Cooper and Marion Kaiser.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Donna Chambers; his daughters, Connie Wajer (Greg), Vicki Owens and Sandra Meissner; his grandchildren, Christy Hall, Kurtis Owens and Kelsey Bock; his great grandchildren, Nic Hall, Lena Hall and Gwen Hall; and his brother John Meissner (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
