He was predeceased by: his father Robert Crook; his grandparents, Kenneth and Orma Streeter; his sister Kelli Joy Schwind; his niece Brittany Haner; and his aunt Karolea Streeter.
He is survived by: his mother Glenda Lee Crook (Streeter); his children, Hannah Crook (Pat Vodicka) and Bryce Crook (Courtni); his grandchildren, Cameron, Caden, Brody and Brayden; his siblings, Robin Crook (Dolores Garrett), Chad Crook (Karen) and Kyle Crook (Melissa); his nieces and nephews, Emily Rathbun (Bobby), Claire Morris (Tyler), Carson Crook (Jenna), Aaron Crook, Alyssia Crook, Jenelle Crook and Caitlyn Crook; and his uncle Preston Streeter.
