She was predeceased by: her parents, Gail Derby and Ruth Derby (Lake); and her daughter Julie Henterly of Farmington Hill. She is survived by: her daughters, Wendy Mahaffey (Lewis) of Kawkawlin, Lori Koontz (Dave) of Ortonville and Kathy Carden (Tom Rutledge).
