She is survived by: her sister Lorraine Dietz (Larry); her cousin Judy Avery; her stepchildren, Susan Perry, Tom Adams (Karen) and Don Adams (Vicki); her children, David Adams (Daileen), Rich Adams, Alice Adams and Rob Adams; her stepgrandchildren, Aaron Adams, Brad Perry (Jeanie, family: Beth Perry, Tim Perry) and Sarah Anker; her son Geroge D. Adams; her brothers, Alton D. Kooyers and Lloyd Kooyers; her sisters-in-law, Alice Kooyers and Joanne Kooyers; and her nephew Kenneth Kooyers.
