It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald R. Carpenter of Midland, Michigan, who passed away on October 22, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Carpenter and Elizabeth Carpenter (Pitt). He is survived by: his wife Clara A. Radke; his children, Mary Drinkwine (Lee) and David Carpenter; his grandsons, Joseph and Christopher Drinkwine (Megan); his great grandchildren, Paisley and Peytyn; his sister Ruth Milbrandt (Cliff); his sisters-in-law, Beth Carpenter and Doreen Radke; his brother Frank; and his siblings-in-law, Edward, William Radke and Marie Radke.
