He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Miles (Clark); his stepfather Wallace Miles; his stepbrother Robert Gall; and his brothers-in-law, Edward Olszowy and Calvin Olszowy.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Olszowy; his children, John Miles (Heather), Michelle Dudycha (Adam), Lisa Schuman (Steve) and Kristen Miles; his grandchildren, Hayden, Logan Miles, Porter and Seely Dudycha; his sister Diana Owens; and his siblings-in-law, Ron Olszowy, Ken Olszowy (Lorraine), Kevin Olszowy, Ray Olszowy, Carol Goodwin (Randy), Janine Olszowy and Sylvia Olszowy.
