He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard C. Malenfant and Helen M. Malenfant (Moon); his wife Colleen Malenfant; and his brother John Malenfant. He is survived by: his children, C. J. Malenfant and Jennifer Ripple (Jason); his grandson Daniel Ripple; and his siblings, Thomas Malenfant, Ellen Zieroff (Gary) and Janet Sizick (Jerome). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
