He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Wilcox and Alma Wilcox; his siblings, Duella Dooling (Harold), Howard Wilcox (Rosa), Kenneth Wilcox (Lucy), ArLou Richter (Frank) and Merna DePew (Ed); and his brothers-in-law, Fred Slagel (Fay) and John Slagel.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta Wilcox; his son Tom Wilcox; his children-in-law, Marilyn Wilcox and David Sleeper (Cindy Ayote); his grandchildren, Keith Sleeper (Kelly), Kirsten Carlson (Aaron), Travis Wilcox (Ellie) and Katie Wilcox; his great grandchildren, Russell Carlson, Sloane Carlson, Sara Sleeper, Samantha Sleeper, Quinnlyn Wilcox and Harper Wilcox; his brother-in-law Frank Slagel; and his daughter Gail Elaine Sleeper (Wilcox). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
