He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret McMeans; and his brothers, Jim and Don Plain. He is survived by: his children, Larry Plain (Stacy White) of Mayville, MI and Mary VanBuren (Chris) of Dundee, MI; his stepson John Edwards (Elizabeth) of Lapeer, MI; his grandchildren, Alyssa Hudson (Wayne), Jacob VanBuren, Nathan VanBuren, Christopher Edwards and Robert Edwards; his great grandchildren, Sophie and Zayne; and his siblings, John Plain and Phyllis Baldwin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
