He was predeceased by: his parents, David Holmes and Darlene Holmes; and his sister Angela. He is survived by: his sons, Nathan Holmes (Haliey) and Nicholas Holmes; his siblings, David Holmes (Dale), Scott Holmes and Nadine Leiner (Rick); and his grandchildren, Amelia and Aaron.
