He is survived by: his children, Robert Booth, Joy (Malcolm Edwards), John Booth (Shannon Green) and Benjamin Booth (Pam Bates); his grandchildren, Amanda (Tommy Fisher), Cody Booth, Ashley (Kyle Perkins), Jessica (Alex Ryberg), Brooke (J. T. Nipp), Malcolm Edwards, Jr., Stephanie Booth, Joshua Booth, Emily (Corey Hess) and Austin Booth; his great grandchildren, Domonic, Karter, Kayleigh, Caidence, Savannah, Skylar, Madison, Maverik, Jaylynn, Kenna and Ryan; and his sister Rea Bardy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
