He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Green and Ruby Green (Robertson); his son Anthony Green; and his grandson Isaiah Flanders. He is survived by: his wife Paula Hinton; his children, Katie Graham (Eric), Andrew Green (Gina), Philip Green (Marun), Elisabeth Flanders (John) and Peter Green (Katie); his grandchildren, Abigail, Hannah, Lydia, Benjamin, Kaelyn Moritsch (Tyler), Ashley, Autumn, Wyatt, Anthony, Tyler, Laci, Micah, Andrew, Caleb, Luke, Megan, Isaac, Judson, Hailey, Riley, Tucker and Tanner; and his siblings, Diana Kesler (Paul), Cheryl Laramore (Scott) and Mitchell Green (Pat).
